Andrew Jeric is an ASC award-winning Cinematographer based in Los Angeles, CA.
Raised in Richmond, Virginia, Andrew began crafting his visual skills early in life as a portrait and landscape photographer. His passion for photographic storytelling and love of cinema led him to USC's renowned School of Cinematic Arts, where he received his MFA in Film Production with an emphasis in Cinematography + Directing.
Andrew’s main interest revolves around delving deep into the human experience in highly original and technically innovative ways that ultimately engage the viewers’ hearts and minds on the deepest of levels. Telling evocative stories that shine lights on matters that greatly impact the human condition is one of the great goals of his life.
Since his tenure at USC, Andrew has photographed multiple feature films along with working on a plethora of commercials for highly prized clients. He has also traveled the globe photographing stories which span mediums and genres.
When not on set, Andrew is honing his skills as an avid still photographer and enjoys spending time in nature with the infinite vastness of the desert landscape being a personal favorite.
Amongst his accolades, Andrew is the winner of the ASC Heritage Award, the 2022 Newport Beach Film Festival Jury Award for Best Cinematography, the Thomas B. Bush award for Excellence in Cinematography, Best Director at USC’s First Look Film Festival and the John Huston award for Excellence in Directing.
